Privacy Policy

Information you give us. When you submit a form on this site — to ask about joining an office, connect with an agent, subscribe to updates, or contact us — we collect what you provide: your name, email address, phone number, county or office of interest, current brokerage, and any message you include.

Campaign information. If you arrive from a link with campaign parameters (such as utm_source), we record those parameters with your submission so we know how you found us.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to understand how the site is used — pages visited, general location, device and browser type. Analytics data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.

We use the information you submit to:

• respond to your inquiry and route it to the right market center;
• follow up about joining an office or buying or selling a home — by email, phone, or text message;
• send marketing email, such as our welcome series and newsletters — every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link;
• understand which pages and campaigns bring people to us.

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf to run this site and respond to you:

• Mailchimp (Intuit) — email marketing;
• Resend — transactional email delivery;
• Supabase — secure data storage;
• Vercel — website hosting and analytics;
• Google — website analytics.

Within KW Empower, your inquiry is shared with the leadership of the market center it concerns so the right person can follow up. We may also disclose information if required by law.

We keep inquiry records for as long as they are useful for responding to you and understanding our outreach, and we delete or anonymize them when they are no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

• Email: every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link.
• Text messages: reply STOP to any text from us, or ask the person contacting you to stop.
• Access or deletion: contact us to ask what information we hold about you or to have it corrected or deleted.

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we change this policy, we will update it here with a new effective date. Material changes will be noted on this page.
